Jericho Fire department responded and extinguished the fire.
The Public Information Office reports the details of a Fire that occurred on Tuesday, May 2, 2024 at 12:18 am in Jericho.
According to police, Highway Patrol Officers responded to a tractor trailer fire on the Long Island Expressway (eastbound) in the vicinity of exit 40E. Jericho Fire department responded and extinguished the fire.
No injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
