According to Detectives, Scott Lazier, 13, was last seen at his Hempstead residence. He is described as a Black Male, with black hair, brown eyes, 5’6” tall, and 135 lbs. He was last seen wearing black jeans, black and white Nike sneakers. His destination is unknown.
