A Long Island man who robbed the same local 7-Eleven two times has been apprehended months later, police announced.
On Thursday, Sept. 28, Nassau County Police announced the arrest of Kenneth Amblo, age 51 of Bethpage, for his purported roles in two separate robberies at the same location.
The first robbery happened on Saturday, May 13 at the 7-Eleven located at 4220 Hempstead Turnpike.

Amblo entered the store and allegedly pulled a knife on an employee, demanding cash.
The employee complied, and Amblo took an unknown amount of cash and ran.
Later, on Thursday, Aug. 24, he struck again at the same convenience store.
Police did not release how much currency, if any, was taken in the second robbery.
Amblo is charged with two counts of robbery and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment and is due again at First District Court in Hempstead on Monday, Oct. 2.
