Ashley Hernandez-Cartegena, 15, was last seen in Uniondale on Monday, July 24 at 12:00 p.m., according to Nassau County Police.
Hernandez-Carthena is 5-foot-6 and 105 pounds.
She has long straight black hair with red highlights, brown eyes, and a pierced nose.
Hernandez-Cartagena has no known possible destination, nor has she provided a description of her clothing.
