source revealed CNN Investigators are basing their investigation on the Nassau County resident who killed three sex workers at his Massapequa Park home, where he got the tape and burlap sack in which the victims were found,

The murders of Melissa Barthelemy, Megan Waterman and Amber Costello all occurred at the time of the homicides and that Hoyleman’s family was not in the state or country, sources said.

At a news conference on Friday, July 14, Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney said the suspect was alone when the homicide occurred while Schurman’s wife and children were traveling.

He is accused of burying their bodies in the grass at Gilgo Beach in the Suffolk County town of Babylon.

Shelman, 59, is also the sole suspect in the killing of Maureen Brainard-Barnes, according to Suffolk County Police.

Investigators are searching every inch of the home for clues since the arrest of Schulman, whose wife Asa Ellerup has filed for divorce, and whose two children have been unable to return to their Massapequa Park home since his arrest, officials said.

Other clues that the women may have been killed at their home included multiple communications between the phone used by the victim, Barthelemy, and a disposable cell phone prior to Friday, July 10, 2009, the last day she was alive, according to CNN.

Suleman is believed to have used multiple disposable cell phones to schedule his “dates,” police said.

Court documents obtained by CNN say Barthelemy’s last phone call was recorded on Saturday, July 11, 2009, in Massapequa.

In addition to focusing on the Nassau County home, investigators are reportedly looking into whether Sherman was connected to other murders across the country, including in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Las Vegas and South Carolina. CBS News.

A Chevrolet Avalanche truck believed to be associated with Sheulman, who was allegedly seen near Gilgore Beach, was recovered at his brother’s property in South Carolina and transported to Suffolk County, police said.

Investigators are also revisiting the 11 other victims found in the Gilgo Beach area, and the possibility that Schulman was involved.

Hoyleman, who has pleaded not guilty to the crimes, is said to have been quiet in his cell, staring at the ceiling.
