According to Suffolk County Police, the one-vehicle collision occurred at Huntington Station around 3:45 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19.

Terhon Legros, 28, lost control of his Infiniti Q50 heading west on West 11th Street and crashed it into a utility pole near Oakwood Road, investigators said.

Legros and his twin brother Terrell, both from Huntington Station, were taken by ambulance to Huntington Hospital in serious condition, police said.

Tejon Legros was later arrested on suspicion of DUI. He is expected to be arraigned at a later date.

Detectives are asking anyone who may have witnessed the accident to call the Suffolk County Police Department at 631-854-8252.
