The aptly named Burgercade at 87 East Main Street, Riverhead, had a soft opening on Friday, July 14th.

Under owner Marc LaMaina at the helm, the restaurant offers diners a trip down video game memories, featuring classic arcade games and pinball machines.

“Putting two of our favorite things — affordable fresh burgers and nostalgic video games — in New York’s oldest food truck just seemed like the right thing to do,” Ramena said.

The menu is relatively simple, with 1/4 pound and double 1/4 pound burgers, with or without cheese. The “Black Bean Burger” comes with pickles and jalapeño mayo.

Customers can also choose from fish sandwiches or hot dogs, as well as chicken tenders, fried chicken sandwiches and crispy wings.

For sides, the restaurant offers three types of fries: crinkle fries, seasoned roll fries, and sweet potato fries.

Within days of opening, the restaurant has garnered rave reviews online.

“Wow, the food is delicious and the price is amazing!” wrote one customer on Facebook. “Who doesn’t love classic arcade games!?! We will definitely be back.”

Burgercade will be open Thursday through Sunday, with a grand opening expected in August 2023.to know more information website.
