Jelise Mercado, 14, was last seen at 8 a.m. on Friday, July 14, according to Nassau County Police.
Mercado was leaving her residence on Atlantic Avenue in Karlsplatz before disappearing.
She is described as a 5-foot-5 Hispanic female weighing approximately 107 pounds.
Mercado has brown eyes and long black hair.
Although the description of her attire is unknown, police reports say her likely destination may have been Long Beach.
