Nassau County Legislator Arnold W. Drucker (D-Plainview) is partnering with the Nassau County Assessment Department to host the first 2023 series of property tax exemption seminars for residents of the 16th Legislative District.
During the workshop, Assessment Department staff will assist residents in applying for Veterans, Seniors, Cold War Veterans, Volunteer Firefighters and Ambulance Workers, Limited Income Disabled and/or Home Improvement Exemptions. Enhanced STAR applications will also be processed for homeowners who were enrolled in the STAR program prior to January 2, 2015.
