The New York Lottery announced that the $12,384 jackpot Take 5 ticket was purchased at the Stop & Shop, 575 Montauk Highway, West Babylon, for its Wednesday, July 12 night draw.
Draw 5 numbers from the range 1 to 39. Draws are held twice a day at 2:30pm and 10:30pm
Players can check their numbers on the New York Lottery website.
Winners have one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.
