The estate of a late bank owner is selling her oceanfront Gulf Stream compound for $16.7 million.

Records show that a trust in the name of Catherine German West sold the property at 1465 North Ocean Drive to Jean Aucouin of Saint Laurent, Quebec. Aucoin is associated with the Aucoin Family Trust.

Pascal Liguori and Antonio Liguori of Premier Estate Properties managed the listing and Candace Friis of Corcoran Group brought in buyers.

Aucoin is president of Saint-Laurent-based J. Sonic Services, a provider of home building materials, including flooring, tile, artificial turf and bushes, according to its website.

German West was a longtime executive at McLean, Va.-based Capital One and was president of the U.S. credit card division for several years. She joined the board in 2013 and served until her death last July at the age of 62.
