The incident occurred in Suffolk County on Friday, June 30, at the Wendy’s restaurant in St. James, 570 Middle County Road.
According to Suffolk County Police, a man threw a tray of food, went behind the counter and assaulted a Wendy’s male employee.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering cash rewards for leads leading to an arrest.
