According to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse, David Forbes, 38, was last seen at 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4, at the Burchfield Courthouse in Coram ( Birchfield Court).
Forbes has autism and diabetes and may need medical attention.
He is bald and has brown eyes. Forbes is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
The 38-year-old was last seen wearing a black backpack. It is unclear what he was wearing when he was last seen.
