Southold Township Police responded to the Lakeside Gardens apartment at 301 North Street in Greenport at around 4:15 p.m. on Friday, June 30, and found Modesto Salguero, 48, • Modesto Salguero-Guillen was seriously injured.
Salguero-Guillen of Greenport was taken to South Shore University Hospital in the Gulf Shores where he died at around 8 a.m. on Monday, July 3.
