The summer real estate season brings some big deals for celebrities active in the ultra-luxury market.
First, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi are buying more real estate in Montecito.
The celebrity couple, who are active in high-end home games, are reportedly likely buyers of a $22.5 million property called Pompeian Court at 19 San Isidro Road in Montecito . dirt web and news site Siteline Santa Barbara.
The seller is Nicholas Zwick, founder of New Jersey-based cloud computing company Dialogic.Pompeii court bought by trust linked to DeGeneres’ longtime manager Harley Newman. In addition, buyers’ agents often work with the TV star.

Hyoungnyon is the vice chairman of Seoul-based cryptocurrency exchange Dunamu. He paid $23 million for the mansion.
Madonna bought the place in 2021 for $19.3 million. She bought the property from Grammy-winning singer The Weeknd, who bought the property in 2017 for $18.2 million.
The home’s amenities include a home theater, wine cellar as well as a gym and Pilates and dance studio.
