Another rare resale from Zeckendorf Development at 520 Park Avenue has booked.
A full-floor unit in the Billionaires Row tower sold for $37.5 million in an off-market sale, public records show. A limited liability company called Ask 36 paid 20% more in 2018 than the unit’s previous purchase price of $31.5 million. wall street journal First reported.
The seller is a firm with ties to financier Albert Tylis, former president and CEO of NorthStar Asset Management and owner of the Thales Family Fund Co-founder of Tylis Family Foundation.

The 35-unit building has had just four resales. The third time, in January, a 23rd-floor condo sold to an unnamed buyer for $21.5 million, about $1.5 million more than what the seller paid in 2018.
The four-bedroom apartment was the first unit in the 54-story tower to sell above the sponsor’s price.

“It’s all primary residences,” said Buckworth, now managing director of brokerage startup Casa Blanca.

The apartment complex originally included a three-story penthouse that sold for $130 million, but the Zeckendorf brothers split the 12,400-square-foot apartment into two units in 2019.
