The 2023 Under 40s were selected from a highly competitive pool of candidates who have demonstrated not only intelligence, creativity and leadership throughout their careers, but also the ability to adapt to new trends in an ever-changing marketplace.

This year’s honorees represent a variety of backgrounds, including those who have transitioned from successful careers in other industries, such as running a nonprofit focused on economic development in Africa, to teaching high school economics, and second and third Economics courses.
