Since 2011, LIBOR’s YPN has recognized young members who have made extraordinary contributions to their businesses and communities.

The Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) is proud to announce the winners of the 12th annual Young Professionals Network (YPN) 20 Under 40 Real Estate Rising Star Awards. On June 27, 2023, the Society honored the Class of 2023 at an awards ceremony at Crest Hollow Country Club.

Since 2011, LIBOR’s YPN has recognized young members who have made extraordinary contributions to their businesses and communities. The 2023 Under 40s were selected from a highly competitive pool of candidates who have demonstrated not only intelligence, creativity and leadership throughout their careers, but also the ability to adapt to new trends in an ever-changing marketplace.

This year’s honorees represent a variety of backgrounds, including those who have transitioned from successful careers in other industries, such as running a nonprofit focused on economic development in Africa, to teaching high school economics, and second and third Economics courses. A Generation of Realtors® continues the family legacy.

What all have in common is their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service to meet the needs and goals of their clients. Many use their experience and education in marketing, communications, design and technology to guide clients through successful deals with ease from start to finish. Others have made it their mission to educate and advocate for building wealth through homeownership for those who never thought they could achieve the American Dream.

YPN President Dan O’Neil said, “Congratulations to the outstanding 20 under 40 real estate stars of the Class of 2023. This year’s honorees are a testament to the thriving Long Island real estate industry. Their commitment to clients and community is inspiring Yes, we are proud to recognize their accomplishments.”

LIBOR is proud to celebrate the achievements of these young entrepreneurs representing the best and brightest in the real estate industry.

Congratulations to the 40 Under 20 Class of 2023:

Applicants for the Class of 2023 are selected by the YPN Selection Committee, competing against a pool of qualified candidates for excellence in sales, production, leadership and community engagement. The committee worked hard to ensure that the pool of finalists was diverse in terms of business fields, gender, ethnic background and geographic location. Additionally, the committee looks for compelling stories, such as interesting business strategies or obstacles overcome, when selecting the winners.
