Guests join the waitlist through the Kura Sushi app, and are then seated and greeted by human servers to ensure they are satisfied with their Kura experience.

Kura employs a two-tier conveyor system consisting of a revolving sushi belt that circulates throughout the restaurant, A The “Sushi Highway” that brings dishes from the kitchen directly to the table.

All dishes are prepared with high-quality, authentic Japanese ingredients and handcrafted in-house by sushi chefs. Once prepared, the dish is placed onto a carousel or sushi highway and delivered to guests.
