Joaquin Knight, 15, was last seen in El Monte on Tuesday, June 27, according to Nassau County Police.
He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
Knight had brown eyes, medium-length black braids, a dark complexion and pierced ears, according to the police report.
He was last seen wearing a red hooded Nike sweatshirt with red and black shorts.
His possible destination is unclear.
