Discount retailers move into Woodbury Mall.
Breslin Properties Discount retailer Five Below is said to have just signed a long-term lease at 410 South Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville. The store will occupy 10,500 square feet of space in the Woodbury Mall, part of the space TJ Maxx vacated when it moved across the street to Woodbury Plaza.
There are more than 1,100 Five Under stores nationwide.

The five stores below join many other chains in the Woodbury Mall, such as Staples, Bagel Boss, Walgreens and M&T Bank.
Breslin said Woodbury Mall still has about 20,000 square feet of usable space.
