The incident occurred in Hicksville on Tuesday, June 27, according to Nassau County Police.
A man allegedly broke into La Finca restaurant at 170 Broadway at 3 a.m. through a rear patio window, according to police.
The thieves stole an undisclosed amount of money and three bottles of alcohol from the cash register before fleeing on foot, heading north on Broadway.
He is described as a dark-skinned, bearded man who walks with a limp.
In the surveillance footage, he can be seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and white sneakers.
