A concrete hilltop home in Calabasas is on the market for $8.5 million, complete with a wildfire suppression system, a concierge fire department and a helipad for quick escapes.

The 4,400-square-foot home on 37.2 acres is listed for sale at 415 Stunt Road, los angeles daily news report.

The sellers are Doriana and Roger Richman, who are Los Angeles Motorsports, providing stunt coordinators and drivers for film and television productions. They bought the house in 2017 for $1.7 million.

This four-bedroom, four-bathroom home sits at the end of a long driveway with 360-degree views of Santa Monica and the Santa Susana Mountains.

The gated complex includes a contemporary cast-in-place concrete home built in 1989, parking for over 30 cars, private helipad, pool and spa.

The big selling point of this home is the wildfire suppression system on the hilltop surrounded by bushland, which uses a high pressure pump to draw water directly from the pool.

At the push of a button, the pump can spray 37,000 gallons of water onto the home and surrounding landscape for more than 90 minutes, lowering the ambient temperature to stop the fire from spreading.

For your added peace of mind, the Fire Raiders are on call at all times. In the event of a fire, professional firefighters drive state-of-the-art fire trucks to raid homes and then stay until the danger has passed.

The getaway helicopter is not included in the sale.
