The incident happened on Wednesday, June 21 at around 10:15 p.m. in Oceanside, according to Nassau County Police.
A 45-year-old male lost control of his 2017 Mercedes-Benz while driving southbound on Harvey Avenue.
The Mercedes Benz hit the pole first.
It then collided with two houses and a parked car before overturning.
Although the homes were occupied at the time of the crash, no injuries were reported, but both homes suffered significant structural damage.
Both the driver and a 37-year-old female passenger were taken to a local hospital for treatment and assessment of their injuries.
Investigation is still ongoing.
