Condominium sales rose last week in Miami-Dade County, while transaction volumes fell.

Condo sales reached $126 million last week, down from $153 million the previous week. Brokers completed 184 transactions, compared with 137 the previous week. The average sale price for condos was $684,000, up from an average of $644,000 a week earlier. The average price per square foot rose from $486 to $532, according to the data. Apartment website.

Grovenor House topped the list. Unit LPH 3101 at 2627 South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold for $12.6 million. RGI’s Roberta Ingletto listed and Coldwell Banker’s Daniel Hertzberg represented the buyer. After 56 days on the market, the unit sold for $1,814 per square foot.

Unit 206, Ocean Club, 791 Crandon Boulevard, Key Biscayne, came in second with $5.3 million. Douglas Kinsley of Fortune Christie’s listed and Mairym Casal of Brown Harris Stevens represented the buyer. The condo sold for $1,316 per square foot after staying on the market for 64 days.
