Domino’s Brings Unprecedented Convenience to Delivery Customers in New York and the U.S. The World’s Largest Pizza Company Is Launching Domino’s Pinpoint Delivery: A New Technology That Allows Customers to Receive Delivery Virtually Anywhere, Including Parks, Ballparks and Beaches , just in time for the start of summer. How does it work? It’s easy! Customers using the Domino’s app can choose Domino’s Pinpoint Delivery, place a pin on the map and get pizza almost anywhere!

With Domino’s Pinpoint Delivery, customers can pick up their orders at an infinite number of dynamically created hyperlocal locations without the need for a typical address. Domino’s Pinpoint Delivery allows customers to track their orders using Domino’s Tracker®, view their driver’s GPS location, view estimated time of arrival and receive text alerts about their deliveries. Domino’s will also alert customers when a delivery specialist arrives at a pickup point, at which point they can activate a visual signal on their phone that will help drivers spot them.

A Domino’s Pinpoint location is a delivery location without a traditional address, chosen by customers who order online, prepay with a credit card, debit card or Domino’s gift card, and agree to receive up to five text notifications providing order updates. Customers and delivery specialists will meet at specific locations designated by the Domino’s app, which could be next to places like parks, baseball diamonds, and beaches.
