The incident happened on Friday, June 9 in Seaford, according to Nassau County Police.
Just before 3am, a 24-year-old man was traveling south on Seamans Neck Road in his SUV.
The man lost control of his bike and crashed into a tree near the Oxford Lane intersection, officials said.
He was taken to a local hospital for treatment and remains in critical condition.
Investigation is ongoing.
