The 78-foot-tall main building will include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments around a courtyard and swimming pool, including 17 affordable units for very low-income families. It will include a club room and fitness center.

Apartments on the other side of the avenue will feature three- and four-bedroom units. The average apartment size is over 1,900 square feet, while the average apartment size is over 800 square feet.

Designed by Los Angeles-based KTGY, the project includes brown, gray and white apartments clad in stucco, vertical board siding and stone veneer. Apartments will be painted in beige and ochre, with recessed balconies and charcoal tones.
