Top Miami Beach broker Oren Alexander and his brother have sold their beachfront Miami Beach home for $27.5 million.

Oren, Tal and Alon Alexander sold the 11,500-square-foot, nine-bedroom mansion at 3541 Flamingo Drive to an unnamed buyer. Their father, developer Shlomy Alexander, completed the house in 2017.

Oren Alexander and his brother Tal launched Official last year and have represented themselves in the deal. Nancy Batchelor of Compass represented the buyer.

Oren Alexander and Batchelor declined to name the buyer. The sale has yet to set a record.

The property includes the main building, staff quarters, gazebo, gym, swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. It hit the market in December for $31.5 million, and Alexander lowered the price to $29.5 million in April.

“We’ve had contracts before and today’s market shows that there are still buyers for well-designed, well-built properties,” he said, adding that he lowered the price to match the bids he received.

Alexander, who recently married model Kamila Hansen, is building a lakeside home on Sunset Island IV that he expects to complete in the fall. His twin brother, Aron, is the president of Kent Security and Kent Services. Based in New York, Tal is the co-founder of Official. Oren and Tal left Douglas Elliman last year after ten years to start their side-backed brokerage business.

The Alexanders are selling what appears to be their Miami Beach home as the most expensive home on Flamingo Drive.

In April, Related Group executive Steve Patterson sold his beach house at 2901 Flamingo Drive for $14.8 million. Earlier this year, spec developer Todd Glaser sold his longtime home at 3681 Flamingo Drive for $11.8 million after he and his family moved to Palm Beach.
