Page Turner is a frequent hands-on home renovator as host of TV shows such as “Fix My Flip,” which premiered its second season on HGTV earlier this month.

But she recently announced a venture away from reality TV. Turner will helm iKONIC Sports and Entertainment, a business she co-founded with executives from Coldwell Banker Exclusive, Coldwell Banker’s downtown Los Angeles franchise. Its mission is to advise on real estate investments and arrange deals for recreational and professional sports people, Turner said.

“During my 20-year career, I wanted to have all of my experience in real estate and the entertainment industry under one roof,” she wrote in a prepared statement.

➤ Agents Jackie Naidoo and Alec Traub recently joined Rodeo Real Estate.

Traub represented buyers in a June 2019 sale for $72.5 million on Robert Lane in the Trousdale Estates enclave of Beverly Hills. It was the most expensive deal for a single-family home in Beverly Hills that year. Traub declined to reveal more about the deal due to a non-disclosure agreement.

Traub and Naidoo started working together while working together at Redfin. Traub has been affiliated with Redfin since 2010 and said he was one of the public company’s first Los Angeles market representatives.

One of the reasons Traub and Naidoo joined Rodeo was to work at a company where they could get more personal attention. “We want to get back to being closer to everyone in the company,” Traub said.

Traub and Naidoo mixed their names together to create a name for their partnership, Team Jackals. They will be based at Rodeo’s Sunset Boulevard office.
