A Greenwich, Connecticut mansion with views of the Long Island Sound is on the market for $27.95 million.

The 11,500-square-foot, seven-bedroom, 11-bath home at 1 Indian Chase Drive in the affluent Connecticut enclave sits on 1.8 acres, according to the listing. Leslie McElwreath, Sotheby’s International Realty — Greenwich Brokerage.

Built in 2013, the home was renovated by owner Stuart Schultz (founder of the Beauty Rx by Dr. Schultz skincare line) and his wife Mallory, which also includes a large 1,200-bottle wine cellar, kitchen, Living and dining rooms, a residential theatre, a multisport simulation room, and a wellness center with a steam room and sauna, CTInsider report.

The grounds include nearly 300 feet of waterfront, waterside entertainment deck, boathouse, floating dock, tennis court, swimming pool, and two-bedroom cabana.

The Greenwich luxury market is not feeling the residential pressure as elsewhere.

John Frank, a former executive at Frank Imports in Sydney, listed his property at 97 Pecksland Road in Greenwich for $33.8 million in March, Bloomberg Report.

The mansion has seven bedrooms and a large pool house has three. They have a total of 14 full bathrooms and 5 half bathrooms. The entrance of the house leads to a double staircase. Other rooms on the ground floor include a dining room, library and entertainment room with bar.

Meanwhile, November. Indian Spring Lake, which owns more than 100 William Rockefeller descendants, sells 54-acre woodland in Greenwich for $21.5 million, WSJ Report. The land at 181 Glenville Road is the last substantial parcel of the former Rockefeller family estate.

Also last year, former President Donald Trump listed his mansion at 21 Vista Drive in Greenwich for $29.9 million, The Wall Street Journal Report.

The 6-acre waterfront estate includes a 20,000-square-foot Georgian mansion with panoramic views of Long Island Sound. The residence includes an indoor plunge pool and a movie theater. There are eight bedrooms, staff quarters and two apartments for guests.
