Paul Allen was arrested at his King Street home on Monday, May 22 following an “extensive investigation” by the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and Southampton Township Police Department, according to police. 66 years old, from Hampton Bays.
Investigators said the investigation focused on possession of child pornography and public lewd behavior.
Allen was arrested on the following charges:
- Two counts of indecency in a public place (misdemeanor)
- Three counts of facilitating sexual activity with a child under 17 (felony)
- Five counts of child possession of sexual activity, including sexual activity with a child under 16 (felony)
He is expected to be arraigned at Suffolk County Court on Tuesday, May 23.
