In response to uniformed patrols and community quality of life complaints, authorities led by Suffolk Police conducted an investigation at the Oxygen Foot Spa, West Islip, Higbie Lane, at approximately 4.30pm on Friday 19 May.
After an investigation by Suffolk County police, Wanting Kui, 51, and Xiuhua Liu, 47, both of Flushing, Queens, were charged with engaging in unauthorized occupations, which is a felony.
Danping Yu, 49, of Amityville, was charged with unauthorized occupation and second-degree criminal nuisance.
The trio are due to appear at Central Islip First Local Court at a later date.
