Ten years ago, Gio Helou’s father built a 3,800-square-foot house on Newport Beach’s yacht-filled waterfront. Now, the “Sell OC” star wants to sell it for $15.9 million.

Helou lists family vacation homes at 2218 Channel Road at the end of the Balboa Peninsula. According to the Orange County Register.

The list coincides with another Newport Beach question from Selling OC owner Jason Oppenheim Nearly $15 million.

Helou’s father, developer Carl Helou, tore down a house a few blocks from the prestigious Wedge in 2013 to build the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home.

Sitting on just under 0.1 of an acre, this two-story residence overlooks Newport Bay from its eat-in gourmet kitchen and living room’s floor-to-ceiling windows.

Walls of glass open to a deck with built-in grill, fire pit, and slopes down to a private dock that can accommodate a 35′ yacht.

“Every weekend you can sit front row at the boat show because if a boat is going to go out to sea, they have to pass your house,” Helou told the Register. “It’s an endless cruising of beautiful sailboats and gorgeous yachts.”

A balcony runs through the master bedroom on the top floor, accessible by stairs or lift. The master suite includes a bedroom, walk-in closet, sitting room and fireplace, bathroom with dual vanity, makeup area and oversized shower.

The rooftop deck features a spa, lounge, and 360-degree views of the bay, Corona del Mar, and the Pacific Ocean.

Wolou shares list Along with Lisa Helou, his mom and an agent for the Oppenheim Group, who has appeared in the Netflix series. This home will appear again in Series 2 of “For Sale OC” – for sale or not.
