The incident occurred in Ulster County at around 4:50 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, at the McDonald’s located on 350 Route 212 in Saugerties.
Police responded to a report of a woman exposing herself in a parking lot, according to Saugerties Township Police Chief Joseph Sinagra.
An investigation confirmed that Cheryl Ann Johnsen, a 49-year-old Nassau County resident of Westbury, lay on the sidewalk next to the McDonald’s building, removed her pants and underwear, and began repeatedly Lift your legs overhead, says Sinagra.
Johansen then stood up, pulled his shirt over his head, still without underwear or pants, and began running around a car in the parking lot, the officer said. Johansen then got into her SUV and jumped out of the sunroof, exposing her breasts.
At the time, a friend of Johansen’s who was there was live-streaming Johansen’s prank, recording Johansen’s actions live, he added.
Johansen was arrested at the scene on charges of exposing others and released on a warrant to appear.
Police have obtained video of the incident for investigation.
