After decades of community service, Pier 44 Seafood Restaurant in Babylon Village closure It will open in 2020.Now the building that houses the iconic restaurant on Fire Island Avenue is under construction auction May 25.
Many lots including the Pier 44 Restaurant adjacent to and across the street are for sale and may be purchased individually or in bulk, depending on the listing. These locations are listed as restaurants, warehouses and land. The auction includes five taxable parcels on Fire Island Avenue totaling 0.882 acres.
