Cindy Alvarez, of Brentwood, was last seen at Wendy’s on Wicks Road, Brentwood, at around 11am on Friday 12 May, according to Suffolk Police.
She is believed to be suicidal and may need medical attention.
Alvarez is described as Caucasian, 5 feet tall, 105 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue shorts and red sneakers.
