The 74-year-old legendary singer is listing his waterfront North Shore estate on Center Island in Oyster Bay for $49 million. The Wall Street Journal reported.

Joel was born in the Bronx, moved to Nassau County at age 1 and grew up in Hicksville.
Joel owns another Long Island home in Sag Harbor.
He bought the Oyster Bay property in 2002 for $22.5 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
