Morojo-Morojo repeatedly punched and kicked Pala-Martinez “over a period of time,” according to police. He then called 911 to report that she had succumbed to her injuries.
Police found him Thursday afternoon outside a car wash in Jamaica, Queens, and arrested him on suspicion of first-degree manslaughter.
Investigators did not elaborate on what led to the alleged beating.
Morocho-Morocho was due to be arraigned in Central Islip First Local Court on Friday, May 12.
