Paycom co-founder Shannon Rowe bought a Malibu waterfront home for $14.8 million.
Rowe and her husband Rob Rowe purchased the nearly 4,800-square-foot home at 27140 Malibu Cove Colony Drive. Reported by Dirt.com.
Three years ago, Shannon Rowe’s brother, billionaire Paycom CEO Chad Richison, $26.5 million. Paycom is a website with software to manage payroll and HR administration for companies.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom house his sister bought sits on nearly a quarter-acre in a gated enclave with 70 feet of street frontage.
Built in 1998, the two-story home sits on a pier above the beach. It features plank oak floors, high ceilings and walls of glass that open to balconies with views of the Pacific Ocean stretching from Santa Monica to Cape Dume.
Its foyer features a skylit atrium surrounded by a white curved staircase. In addition to the living room and fireplace, there is a media room and wet bar. It has a formal dining room. The all white kitchen features top of the line appliances, eat in bar and breakfast nook.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a retreat, office/exercise room, custom walk-in closet, and marble and limestone bath with dual vanity, dressing area, soaking tub and shower.
The front yard features a patio with fire pit and lounge, hot tub, BBQ station, and outdoor shower.
