Sirkin Building Corporation founder Alan Sirkin sold his Frank Lloyd Wright waterfront home in Coconut Grove for $13 million, less than half the original asking price last year.

Alan and Alicia Sirkin sold the home at 3500 North Bayhomes Road to the West 23rd Street Trust, according to records, signed by attorney William D. Edwards of Knoxville, Tennessee.
