Former Apple CEO John Sculley bought his Palm Beach neighbor for $11.4 million in an off-market deal. His sea-facing estate now covers an acre of land.

SandyBeach LLC, managed by Sculley’s wife, Diane Sculley, bought the home at 110 Mockingbird Trail from longtime owner Nancy M. Farry, records show.

John Sculley was Apple’s CEO from 1983 to 1993. During his tenure, the company’s sales grew from $800 million to $8 billion, New York Times report. Before joining Apple, Sculley was president of PepsiCo, where he is credited with creating the Pepsi Challenge, a move that earned him a reputation as a marketing genius.

After his tenure at Apple, Sculley briefly served as chairman and CEO of New York City-based Spectrum Information Technologies before moving into technology investing. He was one of the founding investors in wireless service provider MetroPCS, which merged with T-Mobile in 2012.

Sculley was played by Jeff Daniels in the 2015 biographical drama “Steve Jobs.”

Diane Sculley, born Diane Gibbs Polley, was his third wife. The couple married in 2013, when she was vice president and design coordinator for the Wittmann Building Corporation, the Palm Beach Daily News reported.

The home was sold by Farry, the widow of the late financier Donald Farry, who died in September 2021.

Property records show the couple bought the half-acre Mockingbird Trail home in 1993 for $300,000. The 2,900-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom home was built in 1955, according to records.
