Fitness influencers Katy Hearn and Haydn Schneider sold their non-waterfront Boca Raton mansion to a nursing home director for $7.2 million.
Hearn and Schneider sold their property at 8422 Lookout Circle to a limited liability company named after the address and managed by Benjamin Landa, records show.
John Poletto and Mark Nestler of One Sotheby’s International Realty listed and Brad Schwartzman of Vue Real Estate brought in buyers.
