Nassau County Police said 14-year-old Andrea Hernandez was last seen in Hempstead at 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 3.
Her destination is unknown, according to authorities.
She is described as a 5-foot-3, 120-pound Hispanic girl with black hair and brown eyes.
Hernandez was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants.
Nassau detectives urge anyone with information on Hernandez’s whereabouts to call 911 or the Nassau County Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit at (516) 573-7347.
