Las Vegas Sands announced today that it has signed memorandums of understanding with several leading restaurant groups as the foundation for a premier dining experience that will put Long Island on the culinary map for global tourism and drive local restaurants, bars, hotels and A large number of visitors to the attractions.



The Sands plans to offer a curated array of dining venues to beautify the local landscape and elevate the entire Long Island region, attracting an influx of global visitors seeking a variety of experiences—from hotel offerings to regional flavors. Integral to the company’s plan is a five-star concierge program that will direct visitors to local restaurants, bars and attractions.



Restaurant brands that have entered into agreements with Sands to explore dining concepts at planned Long Island destinations include Rao’s, Jean-Georges and estiatorio Milos, and multi-brand restaurant groups include 50 Eggs, D.ream International, Poll Restaurants of Long Island, Maximal Concepts and Lettuce entertains you.

Sands New York’s dining strategy complements the local restaurant landscape with exciting new offerings, reflecting the company’s proven track record of creating world-class dining destinations with leading global chefs and restaurant groups, while celebrating culinary trends that can only be found in New York The leader is on Long Island.



Among New York’s most in-demand restaurants, Rao’s hit the headlines among New York trendsetters agreeing to pursue a dining concept at a planned resort. The iconic restaurant, which represents the heart and soul of New York’s Italian cuisine, will become the flagship of the new Long Island resort, further expanding its presence in the region. In addition, Sands has hired local Long Island favorite Poll, offering offerings including Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse, Majors Steakhouse, Cipollini Trattoria & Bar, Toku Modern Asian, Bar Frites Restaurant and Hendrick’s Tavern, to develop dining at the resort concept.



Sands will also partner with renowned celebrity chefs to draw a global following to Long Island. The company is exploring the concept of the planned resort with one of the world’s most famous chefs: Jean-Georges Vongerichten, a savvy restaurateur and businessman with more than 60 restaurants worldwide. Additionally, 50 Eggs will explore concepts at Sands Resorts in New York, utilizing a lineup of renowned celebrity chefs including Lorena Garcia and Tetsuya Wakuda. These chefs have created other memorable dining destinations – Chica and Wakuda – in Las Vegas and Singapore’s Sands Resorts.



Finally, leveraging a multi-channel platform and a loyal global audience of leading restaurant groups, Sands will partner with industry trailblazers including D.ream International, which owns and operates a portfolio of popular global restaurant brands such as Zuma, Amazonico , Coya and Nusr-Et and Maximal Concepts, with a range of culinary experiences including the successful Mott 32, a restaurant specializing in authentic Chinese cuisine, to 32 Mott Street, New York, where the city’s first Chinese convenience store opened in 1891. Mott 32 is Singapore’s premier dining venue at Marina Bay Sands.



In addition to the global restaurant group partnering with Sands on concept exploration at the Long Island resort, estiatorio Milos, one of the world’s top Greek food brands and another previous Sands partner, and Lettuce Entertain, which owns, manages and licenses over 60 brands You. and 130 restaurants, including Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab.
