Nathaniel Valentine was last seen leaving a residence on Catherine Street in North East Port on Saturday, April 15, according to a missing persons notice issued by Suffolk Police.
He was reported missing a few days later.
Valentine, 19, is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
He is believed to be in Nassau County, according to authorities.
