Just Salad, a New York City-based fast-casual restaurant chain, has opened a new location in Westbury, its second on Long Island and its first in Nassau County.

The restaurant, located at 1256 Old Country Road, had a soft opening on March 24. The Westbury location is Just Salad’s second location on Long Island, following the grand opening of its Commack location earlier this year, and its first-ever location in Nassau County.
The Westbury venue covers a total of 2,583 square feet and offers 58 interior seating, including booth seating and moveable tables and chairs to easily accommodate any party size. A bespoke Just Salad reusable bowl light hangs prominently above the main entry area. In addition, there is a spacious parking lot for dine-in guests, including two dedicated parking spaces for customers to pick up their menus. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday 10:30am to 9:30pm and Saturday to Sunday 11am to 9:30pm.
Just Salad is excited to bring its mission of everyday wellness and sustainability to the Westbury community. When visiting the new location, guests can choose from more than 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, hot bowls, avocado toast, soups and smoothies.specific menu Highlights include Just Salad’s seasonal spring salads, fan-favorite “signature salads” — Crispy Chicken Poblano, Thai Chicken Crisp and Tokyo Supergreens — and “earth-friendly” salads with a low-carb footprint.
Plus Just Salad’s signature reusable bowl plan, Westbury residents are invited to join the company’s waste reduction efforts by purchasing a bowl for just $1 and getting a free salad topping for every reuse. Ribbon cutting: The Westbury Carle Place Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the store on Tuesday, April 25 at 10am. -
$5 Meal Day: Each customer who orders in-store between Wednesday, April 26th and Saturday, April 29th between 12pm-2pm and 5pm-7pm will receive $5 off their meal. -
