Criminal charges were dropped against Alec Baldwin for the fatal shooting on the set of the film “Rusty,” killing the cinematographer and injuring the director, According to the New York Post.


On Oct. 21, 2021, Baldwin, 65, was on the set of the western “Rusty” at Bonanza Creek Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico, when he unloaded a gun that was being used as a prop — the gun somehow Loaded killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, 42, and wounded director Joel Souza, 48, with a real bullet.
