Brentwood emergency responders were called at approximately 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26 to a report of a fire at Mecanica En General at 1640 Fifth Avenue.
photos posted online Li Huomi A car in one of the parking spaces was shown completely engulfed in flames, with black smoke billowing from the garage.
Flames can also be seen emanating from the outer wall, as well as from adjacent compartments.
It was not immediately clear what started the fire or if any employees or customers were injured.
