Southpaw Brewing Company opened on Monday, June 5th at the Yaphank Avenue Mall at 410 Princeton Road.
The restaurant serves more than a dozen signature pies, as well as a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and desserts.
In its signature brick oven pizza, Chorizo & Peppers is made with crumbled sweet Italian sausage, sautéed peppers and onions, tossed in a light marinade and sprinkled with melted mozzarella.
There’s also the pulled pork pizza, which features slow-cooked pulled pork, thinly sliced red onion, crispy bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, and topped with buttermilk ranch and Cajun sauce.
At the bar, diners can choose from a wide range of Southpaw beers, including American lagers, IPAs, Irish nitro stouts, as well as Session, Blonde and Scotch ales.
There are also plenty of colorful craft cocktails such as Blueberry Gin, Blackberry Rum Punch, Old Fashioned Maple Bacon, Lavender Collins, and Espresso Martinis.
Just days after opening, Southpaw Brewing Company has garnered plenty of praise online.
“The food is absolutely amazing! The bang bang prawns are the best I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is amazing and the whiskey flight…perfect!” wrote Steven F. of Manorville cry.
Another Yelp user wrote: “Great service and even better food. Beautiful restaurant with lots of seating both indoors and outdoors.”
Southpaw Brewing Company is open daily from 11:30am to 10pm website.
